language file enhancements - v3.1

Great Juggernaught I have the installation files done, attached here is the language file for it so it can be tranlated.

After translating, when saving, re-name the file as the language it is. for example if it is translated in swedish, name it swedish.php.

Then attach it back here and I'll add it to the package. This also goes for the other language file for the main script when done.


The other files will be done soon and I'll attach the lang file for those for translations soon.

If any one wont to add Arabic additional language to his forum, So you can use this file without any change.
But If you wont to make fresh install Or upgrade with Arabic language, Then you need to change first 2 strings:
